We all love to scroll down our news feed on Facebook at the end of the day.If we like a video we share it via sharing it’s link with our friends. But we all have that one friend who hasn’t logged in to his/her Facebook account since the past millennium!
What if we want to share that particular with your Facebook-fasting friend?
It has now become a lot easier to download and share the videos posted on Facebook whenever you wish to watch them rather than streaming them online!
Given below are two incredibly simple techniques to download the videos from Facebook and save them offline in your Android smart phone:
1. Downloading the videos directly from the Facebook video player:
Step 1: Open the internet browser such as Google Chrome on your Android smart phone.
Step 2: Open the link to the video which you want to download or the page the video was posted on.
Step 3: Make sure the link appears in the format starting with https://m or https://mobile.
If not make sure you change it to the above format for successful downloading.
Step 4: Once you see the video in the video player press the Play button.
Step 5: Once you see the video playing you have two options:
- You can long click on the video player until you see the Download Video option.
You can click the Download Video option and the video starts downloading automatically.
You can find the downloaded videos in the gallery itself or in the Downloads folder of your Internal Storage(or External Storage, whichever is default).
- When the video is playing you can see the Download symbol at the extreme right of the controls bar.
Once you click on the download symbol, you can see that your video download has begun!
Same as above you can find the offline video file in your gallery or in the Internal Storage(External Storage, whichever is default).
